Cold brewed coffee is an emerging trend but the methods for brewing cold lacks the ability to efficiently produce a consistent output while providing visual value to the cafe. Concept Kaiser is a fully functional prototype of such a machine, which have been tested by the best coffee-bars in Denmark. The revolutionary design more than halves the current brew time, while providing unprecedented precision via smartphone controlled pumps, valves and nozzles.

The product was initially developed from during my bachelor thesis. Everything from understanding the chemical process of cold brew, the needs and desires of the baristas, manufacturing the prototype, writing the software and building the electronic circuits was done by my bachelor partner and I. Development of the product has continued within the startup Entropi Design.
